My boyfriend and I had a great time here. The location was great and a short car journey to shops and to Shrewsbury. The owners were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The house was nice and lots of space for two people. The hot tub was a great addition which was very relaxing. Definitely would recommend as we had a lovley stay.

I had a lovely week staying at Bank House Barn. The barn conversion was cosy, comfortable and had the added bonus of a lovely hot tub, which I really enjoyed. Sonya and Chris were very welcoming and friendly hosts. There was a minor plumbing issue during my stay, but they dealt with it quickly and without any fuss. I also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack, which included milk, biscuits and some sweets a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! The only practical thing I would mention for future guests is that it can be a little difficult to pull out at the end of the drive, so its worth taking your time and being mindful when exiting. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Bank House Barn.

Communication with the host was excellent. Sonya was very welcoming and informative. Had a lovely few days just relaxing and recharging. Bed was so comfortable. Little touches like milk and fresh eggs on arrival, gowns to put on when using the hot tub and a water cooler was much appreciated. Shrewsbury was a fantastic town to explore. Bank House Barn is very comfortable and well equipped and we had a lovely five day break there . It is very convenient for Shrewsbury but has countryside nearby. The Weather was very cold and there was some snow as well so we were grateful to have the wood burning stove and hot tub. The owners were very helpful . One of the best places we have stayed. Highly Recommended.

Lovely quirky place, tucked away and perfect for a peaceful break. Immaculately clean with all the facilities you would need and very friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub is definitely a must. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous 3 night stay in this converted barn in Shropshire. The host was extremely lovely and helpful and lots of little extras really made us feel welcome. We've stayed in quite of few of these sort of cabinsbarnsshed type places always with a hot tub and this one is arguably the best we've stayed in! Can't recommend enough guys, book it!

We had a fabulous five days at Bank House Barn. Sonya and Chris made us feel very welcome and were brilliant hosts. Everything was clean, comfortable, wellpresented and just what we hoped for. We had such a lovely stay at the barn it was beautifully presented and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The added touches really made it feel special, like the cosy robes for the hot tub and the wine and beer waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully put together, with lots of attention to detail that made it feel really welcoming and homely. The owners were absolutely lovely they greeted us when we arrived and took the time to show us around, making sure we knew how everything worked and that we had everything we needed for our stay. It really added a personal touch and made us feel right at home. The only small downside for me was that the barn is quite close to neighbouring properties, and we could occasionally hear others nearby. It might not bother most people, but Id personally have preferred something a little more secluded. Overall though, its a wonderful place to stay comfortable, stylish, and clearly cared for with love. Id definitely recommend it for a relaxing break.

Excellent little place with hot tub. The owners are friendly and come out to meet you when you arrive and show you around. The location is really handy for Shrewsbury and surrounding areas being very close to the A5. Very secure as well, as it is a building within a gated property. Everything you'd expect to be provided was there plus robes as well which was a nice bonus. At the end of the stay it was a simple case of tidy up and turn everything off this caught us a bit off guard as a lot of places expect you to strip beds and various other things! So that was another nice extra. In summary, we were very impressed with this property and would definitely stay again.

Lovely owner, very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Property was comfortable and relaxing. Our only issue was that the pictures are maybe slightly deceiving of the outside space, as we did feel that this was slightly cramped. Not so much an issue for us but for bigger people maybe it would be.

Lovely property. The owners were great in meeting us and getting us settled in with good recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The special touches in the property like snacks, water, milk, dressing gowns and toiletries all added to the experience. The barn is comfortable, clean and well maintained and we slept so well every night. The hot tub was great to use after 2 days of mountain biking. The Shropshire hills are great for exploring and there was so much to do. You also have the beautiful historic Shrewsbury town on the doorstep. What a lovely holiday! Would recommend to everyone.

Booked last minute needed a break to relax and unwind, manged this easy at the accommodation, plenty to see and do if that is your thing, pleasant walk along REA brook on owners land, hot tub massive bonus for me and took fill advantage of it, everything you would need for a self catering break is provided, owners very friendly and approachable. We had a fantastic long weekend at Bank House Barn. Its the perfect place to relax and unwind. The accommodation was comfortable and clean providing everything we needed and the hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day. We particularly enjoyed meeting the hosts teddy bear sheep and being accompanied on our walk by their lovely dogs. The information provided by our hosts about the local area helped us to make the most of our stay which was over far too quickly. We will definitely return.

Great communication with the owner of the property to arrange to collect the key. Property was very clean and well maintained, and the Hot Tub was lovely. It is in a great location to get into Shrewsbury or beyond. We would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and homely. The owners were brilliant going out of their way to get some surprise birthday balloons for us. They were very friendly and great hosts. All the things you need are at the property including and iron, hairdryer straighteners and toiletries. The hot tub is a lovely extra touch. We got a bit lost, arriving in the dark probably didnt help, but Sonya was on hand to direct us the last couple of turnings. My wife and I had a fantastic few days at Bank House Barn. The property was well planned out and had everything we needed to enjoy some peace and quiet. The Hot tub was a welcome addition and we used it every day, very simple to use and ready to go when we got there. The living area was ample for two people and worked well. The upstairs included a bathroom with everything you would need and the bed was amazing. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Shrewsbury was only 10 minutes away by car and we enjoyed some walks there and in the local fields where we met the owners sheep who really did enjoy Rich Tea biscuits! A perfect spot for a very peaceful break.

We had a two night stay here which was absolutely perfect! Beautiful location and a lovely place to stay! We were kept informed of how to get the key and received texts around this etc, directions and recommendations for place to eat! Would certainly recommend a trip into the town and visit the loopy shrew! It was such a nice break for our anniversary we will definitely be returning for another visit!

I must confess that we were very cautious about staying in a property that is on the owners land as we usually book places right out in the sticks so we are left alone. However, saying that the lovely owners of this property Chris and Sonia welcome you when you arrive and show you quickly around and then you are completely left alone when in your property you could be miles away in the middle of nowhere. Lovely property super cute and quaint with lovely extra touches like toiletries, eggs, cakes and wine upon arrival. Hot tub was wonderful. very big for just two of you but lovely and hot and very very blissful at the end of a long day walking around the Long Mynd. I would say this is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for some quality time together in a quaint and fabulous location you are extremely close to all sorts of places including Wales Aqueduct in Pontsclliffe was only 40 mins away and well worth the visit. This property and the owners are amazing. We wanted a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy and we got it. The open fire was great, the bed was so comfy and the surroundings peaceful, the hot tub a great bonus too. The fresh eggs from the chickens were also really nice. We went down into the field to see the teddy bear sheep and they were so friendly and cute. The owners were on hand and very quick to respond if we needed anything. Definitely recommend and we will be returning for another visit.

Holiday accommodation was good but no real outside space parking was not very good no cars shown on photos but owners had three cars. Also owners had three dogs two were lovely but the little sausage dog was quite vicious went for my wife didnt draw blood but left a nasty bruise
