This is a lovely place to stay. Liz and Andy are lovely friendly people who made us feel very welcome. The Lodge and gardens are beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
Liz and Andrew are wonderful hosts. The Garden Lodge is set in lovely large gardens, beautifully lit at night, with secluded outdoor seating areas. Our hosts supplied a very generous welcome pack. There are so many wonderful places to drive to within a 40 min radius. All the country roads are very quiet. We had a very good holiday with visits to National Trust and English Heritage properties, canoeing on the Severn and Heritage railway trips, and a visit to the RAF museum at Cosford.
I really enjoyed my long weekend stay here. It exceeded my expectations and resulted in a peaceful and relaxing stay. Liz was very helpful when needed but otherwise left me to myself. I enjoy the remoteness and countryside. A wonderful area.
Amazing garden very clean comfortable lodge, very good welcome pack. Liz made us some lovely cream scones with home made Damson jam picked from the garden. Very welcoming hosts who made you feel that nothing was too much trouble. Lots to do within half an hours drive ie Iron bridge museums, Black Country museum & Dudley zoo. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the end of May. Garden Lodge was in a lovely setting, with a lovely garden. The place was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The breakfast hamper was a delightful touch. The hosts were very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. There was a plentiful supply of information for days out. Highly recommend Garden Lodge for a relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Garden Lodge, with it's beautiful garden. Liz & Andrew couldn't have been more welcoming. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, the welcome package of sausage, bacon, eggs, black pudding and soft crusty bread was delicious, Liz very kindly brought over some home made scones, cream and home made jam which were also delicious. We would definately recommend the Garden Lodge if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing location. Thank you Liz & Andrew.

Hosts extremely welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. Lodge is beautiful and very comfortable. Gardens are very interesting and reflect the interest and endeavour of the owners, Liz and Andrew. It was a shame that we couldn't sit out to enjoy the garden and the peaceful place due to it being winter. Overall a great little place to get away to. Many thanks to our hosts. Steve and Jean.

What a gem. Liz and Andrew could not have been more friendly. The information beforehand and the welcome pack were excellent. The accomodation provided everything we needed for our stay. Would be very happy to stay here again.
Met my needs totally. Clean, well appointed and very welcoming.
The cottage was extremely clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring many of the NT and HH sites in the surrounding area. The weather could have been kinder but we throughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the Garden Lodge to others. Thanks again Liz for all of your kindness and hospitality.

I just wan say the place it amazing . Beautiful and so relaxing definitely I will go back very soon .I fully recommend, the garden so lovely make you to stay and the owners make you feel welcome.Thank you very much see you soon
It's our 2nd time back, we loved it so much last August and we decided to come back this year as it's the most wonderful place to stay. Liz and Andy the owners are so welcoming and approachable and will always take time out to talk to you. They joined us one evening outside when we had the fire pit on. The gardens are amazing and it was lovely to sit outside and listen to the owls and all the wildlife. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The lodge itself is cosy and comfy and has everything you need and we ate in most nights. The welcome pack was amazing and so were the scones that Liz made. Most evenings we went for a walk to watch sunset as they were stunning and then came back and sat in the garden. The only downside was coming home. It's one of my favourite places plus it's not far from lots of beautiful national trust places. If I could rate this 10 out of 10 I would. It's an ideal place for couples or people who just want to take time out.
Our second stay at Garden Lodge and it was just as good this time. Liz and Andy were very welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and the generous welcome pack was amazing as was the cream tea Liz very kindly provided later in the week. The Lodge was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equiped. Lovely bedroom, super comfy bed, plenty of storage. Bathroom was great with large shower cubicle. Complimentary toiletries also offered choice of bathtowelsbathsheets and choice of duvet. Oh and by the way the garden is absolutely stunning!! Would highly recommend. We've already booked for next year!
We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Garden Lodge which is very comfortable and set in the most beautiful garden. Liz and Andrew were very friendly and helpful without intruding. We had a wonderful time. George & Diana x

The most welcoming hosts we have ever had the pleasure to meet and share our time with. This is a gem of a cottage and the garden is just so big ! Wonderful trees plants and colours. Quiet and cosy with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Not far from Bridgnorth and the severn valley railway is a definite bonus. So is ironbridge. Lots to see and do here.
