The Royal Roger Reviews

Robert
Great location on the banks of the River Severn, with a decent pub next door which serves good food and beer. Excellent walks up and down the banks of the river, if you look carefully you may see kingfishers! Unfortunately the cottage was let down by a lack of cleaning on several counts.
Richard
This property is definitely worth a visit we have been twice this year and love it so good for fishing and wildlife you wonââ?¬â?¢t regret a visit to the cottage it has everything you need and more. Itââ?¬â?¢s comfortable with very helpful owners
Laurence
Brilliant cottage. Had everything that you needed, the river was 50ft from the door. Close to the pub( best pub food aound), was lovely and clean.allready thinking of booking again for next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Julian
The cottage was in great location, next door to a lovely pub that serves good food and drinks. The local shops are at least a 20minute walk up a very steep hill. Use of a car is a must if shopping. The cottage was rustic, but very comfortable, plenty of seating for the number of guests. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms clean and ready on your arrival. Overall a lovely cottage and a great place to stay, if youââ?¬â?¢re into fishing, which we are not and close to Highley Stn. Nice touch a bottle of wine.
Michael
Brilliant property and right next to a cracking pub. We were there during a very wet period so the river Severn was very high and it was quite muddy. Would love to go back during better weather conditions. People leaving the pub can be a bit noisy over the weekend.. but all in all a very pleasant experience. The dogs loved it too ðŸË?Å
