Border View Lodge Reviews

The accommodation, comfort and views were excellent. The hosts were welcoming and the welcome pack was thoughtfully selected. Highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic cottage beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable and cosy even during the stormy weather. Location is perfect, cleverly sited to take advantage of the stunning views in all directions and close to many of the attractions in Shropshire and Mid Wales. Hot tub was brilliant, really big and luxurious especially at night with the music and the lights on. We received a lovely welcome from Nikki and Mike and appreciated all the items in the welcome pack and the gift of fresh eggs from the farm they should be very proud of the wonderful haven they have created.
We enjoyed our stay, the farm surrounds are beautifully maintained. The lodge was well thought out but for us the fridge and dishwasher were too small. We also felt that a larger doormat would be beneficial to preserve the wooden floors. It made a great base for exploring the area, we were out and about every day.
Daniel
Fabulous! The views are unbelievable from the property and only get better as you climb the hill. Watching a rain storm roll down the hills and over the flats of Shropshire from a seat in a very fancy hottub was something very special. The on site activities were very well done, very professional and great fun. Reasonably priced for the amount of time given, too. Will definitely be returning. Mike, the owner, was brilliant and very accommodating and generous.
We had a wonderful week at Border View Lodge and didn't want to leave! The views are absolutely stunning, with loads of walks nearby. The hot tub is great, especially after a long day. The owners were very helpful we can highly recommend.

Border View Lodge is a beautiful lodge with fantastic decor and a great kitchen. Each room is amazing and has a great ensuite bathroom. The views are amazing, and the outdoor space is great for the kids to play football. Skye, the dog, loves to come and join in the play, which was great for my children. The hot tub is great and the views make it breathtaking. We can't wait to return.
