Heron Lodge is a purpose-built waterside lodge in Ashford Bowdler, three miles from Ludlow in Shropshire. Built in 2020, this modern property sits on a 200-acre site with five fishing pools and overlooks its own private fishing pool from panoramic windows.
The lodge sits in 20 acres of grounds with direct waterside views. You can fish on site or explore the surrounding Mortimer Forest and walk sections of The Shropshire Way. Ludlow offers medieval castle ruins, independent shops and regular food markets.
The open-plan living space features a wood burner, Smart TV with Netflix and sliding doors to the patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room.
